Salesianum took down a tough foe on Friday Night

Salesianum defeated Dover High School with a final score of 18-16 on Friday night. Dover was coming off a 40-0 victory over William Penn while Salesianum was coming off a tough loss from Smyrna. Salesianum Running Back Andrew Ransome led the rushing attack along with Sean Curley. Ransome rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown on 26 attempts. Quarterback Ryan Stoehr completed 16-25 of his passes for 113 yards. Stoehr used his dangerous receiving corp to his advantage. Lukas Ryan had 12 receptions for 75 yards. Ryan and company will look to continue this strong momentum when they host a talented 5-3 Appoquinimink squad. Salesianum will look to hold the number one seed as it looks to the playoffs.
