This Saturday, October 4 Salesianum will take the trip down
I-95 to face the Smyrna Eagles in a rare Saturday afternoon match up at the University of Delaware. This also means the Sals have the special opportunity to play on the same turf where fellow Salesian and NFL linebacker Troy Reeder 14′ played before them.
The Sals hold a 2-2 record, while Smyrna sits at 1-3.
Salesianum is favored to win, but fans can expect a competitive matchup.
Although the game isn’t on home turf, the electric Sallies student section will still be out in full force with the “Country Club” theme. Tickets are available at bluehens.evenue.net, with the link also posted on the Sallies Sports website.
It’s shaping up to be an exciting day of football. Kickoff is set for noon.
